What happened to the pig roasting spit and fire where you could tie a man up and then roast him like a stuck pig?
What about the trepanation tools and setup, with the skull cutters and what not?
There should be a big pool too, in addition to the headset used to immobilize people’s skulls when they are operated on. The big pool is so when you cut out a section of a person’s skull and scoop out some grey matter, you can put some dynamite or grenades in and then throw them into the water for a big kaboom.
