    These “witches” have no idea what they are Playing with. I come against and bind these spirits of witchcraft in the name and the shed blood of Jesus Christ. I have covered myself and my family et al. I loose a spirit of obedience and peace to reign over this land. I command these spirits of rebellion to leave this area and to be cast out and go to the dry parts of the earth never to return again in Jesus name and by His blood. I release the Holy Spirit to minister peace and joy in their place. Thank you Lord, Jesus, that YOU reign over the city of Berkeley. Thank you that You are ministering to the soldiers, the families, the City Council, and the entire City. I give you praise and honor and all the glory. In Jesus name. AMEN
